Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Ads Manager LLC, 3 Blue River Way, Lakewood, NJ 08701 ("Airsim", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Airsim service (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old.

Airsim provides virtual phone numbers in the countries shown in the app (including the US) that can receive SMS verification codes, including codes sent by WhatsApp. Codes appear in your dashboard and are forwarded to the email address(es) you set for each number. Numbers are supplied through third-party telecom partners.

Airsim is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc. Whether a third-party service such as WhatsApp accepts a virtual number, or continues to accept it over time, is entirely that service's decision and outside our control.

• The Service works on a prepaid balance. You add funds to your balance by card, and purchases and renewals are deducted from that balance.
• Each number costs the price shown at purchase for the plan you pick (monthly or yearly), deducted when you buy the number and then on each renewal date.
• If auto top-up is enabled, we will charge your card on file for the shortfall when a renewal comes due and your balance can't cover it. You can turn auto top-up off at any time in Billing.
• If a renewal can't be paid, the number may be suspended and then permanently released. A released number cannot be recovered.
• We may change pricing; changes are shown in the app before they apply to you.

All payments and balance deductions are final. Deleting a number does not create a refund or a proration for time already paid, and account balances are not redeemable for cash. If a number you just purchased fails to work, contact support and we will try to make it right — but refunds are not owed.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break any law, or help anyone else break any law;
• send spam, run scams, harass people, or impersonate others;
• violate the terms of any third-party service you verify with, including WhatsApp's terms;
• resell numbers without our written agreement;
• probe, overload, or interfere with the Service or other customers' use of it.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice. Where the violation caused the termination, any remaining balance is forfeited to the extent the law allows.

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. You can stop using the Service at any time; numbers you delete stop renewing, and your account can be closed by contacting support.

We work to keep the Service available and improving, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". Numbers depend on telecom partners, and SMS delivery is not instantaneous or guaranteed. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may release a number back to our supplier when it is deleted or when renewals stop.

To the maximum extent the law allows: Airsim will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the courts located there. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact support first and give us 30 days to work it out with you.

If we make meaningful changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
